Ross Restoration

Ross Restoration is a local restoration and cleaning company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The owner, Adam Ross, reached out to us as they were looking to upgrade their website and online presence in late 2019. They started with a basic wix website and an online scheduler. The problem was their online presentation did not match their quality of service and professionalism.

We got to work quickly and built the first iteration of the current website. Focusing on getting the look upgraded as quickly as possible and had a new website up and running within a month. Then we worked on his search engine optimization, the sites messaging, and his facebook page. Followed quickly by Google and Facebook advertising to start the testing process and determine what works and what doesn’t for his industry.

Once we were caught up, several months later, we decided to spend more time upgrading the website and we feel it is now better than any of his competitors. We also worked on his blog and a facebook outreach program to get Ross in front as many local users as possible. Grabbing their attention and winning them over with honest and helpful articles regarding restoration. Along with a social media campaign to reach local people with his brand and may need his service as well as reach out specifically to potential sources of referrals.

During this time we have done numerous smaller projects to help grow his business. From print materials to explainer videos for water and mold, and even developing a referral tracking system. We’ve spent countless hours on the phone, consulting and strategizing for his business.

Today, a little more than a year later, he has doubled his revenue and taking on more work than ever before.
